Phoenix · Retail leader · Builder

I lead a team. I build the systems that help them win.

Wireless retail by day: coaching, huddles, numbers, the whole floor. After hours I ship tools from the problems I still live. Writing when something's actually worth keeping.

What I do

Leader first. Builder when the system is missing.

Lead the floor

Sales leadership and coaching every shift. I care about the number, but I care more about the huddle that lands, the rep who starts coaching themselves, and the standards that stick when I'm not standing over them.

Build the systems

Dashboards, readiness checklists, clean processes. Small things that cut chaos: a tight huddle format, a back of house people can reset fast, tools so reps can actually see their own game.

Ivadra

Apparel and software under one Arizona company. Same bar either way: own the details, ship something that lasts.

How I think about winning

Not just the scoreboard.

A director once asked what winning looks like for my team. My real answer isn't the board.

It's the rep who finally gets their own numbers and starts fixing themselves. The huddle that actually sets the day. A back of house that stays clean because the standard is clear. A tool that removes one more thing people have to fight.

Ted Lasso said it better than I can: success isn't wins and losses. It's helping people become the best versions of themselves, on and off the field. On a sales floor, that still holds.

You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.

So I build systems. And I stay curious when people miss.

Open to builds

Building something for retail teams, sales systems, or the floor?

I'm not looking for a job. I am open to shipping tools with people who want a builder who has the sales and leadership experience, and who thinks good systems help people get better without burning out.
